  My mom has been getting her hair done by Mike at Budget Cuts for years, she had an appointment a couple of weeks ago but had to cancel it because she had been sick , she called and let them know . She called back to make an appointment and Mike answered the phone and told her that she caused him to lose a lot of money and that he wasn't going to do her hair anymore and she needed to find somewhere else to go and then hung up on her , this is poor customer service and not to mention his rudeness to her. It would have been different if my mom never called but she always called if she couldn't make an appointment or even when she was running late. Things happen in life and just because you are having a bad day doesn't mean you take it out on a long time customer. Don't worry , she will never set foot in your business again , you treated her very poorly
